95th Element’s Cancellation Policy

We are a small boutique spa, and in order to provide you and others with the excellent customer service we strive for we reserve these times specifically for you. Without sufficient notice we are unable to best serve our customers waiting for an appointment.


We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a customer repeatedly misses their appointments or fails to give us cancellation notice we reserve the right to charge 50% of the services booked to cover lost time, and inconvenience. For no show appointments clients can be charged

the full amount of the services booked.

As a courtesy appointment reminders can be sent to your phone number, as well as your email that are sent out when scheduling, as well as the day before your appointment date.
